Chicken Gordon Bleu

| March 18th, 2008

5. Goreng hingga matang.

Cara membuat sausnya:
1. Iris-iris setengah buah bawang bombay.
2. Panaskan minyak goreng dan tumis bawang bombay hingga harum.
3. Masukan satu gelas susu putih.
4. Parutkan keju ke dalamnya sesuai selera.
5. Aduk hingga keju leleh.
6. Tambahkan garam secukupnya.
7. Lalu untuk mengentalkan masukan satu sendok makan tepung terigu. Jika kurang kental, bisa ditambahkan lagi.
8. Tunggu hingga matang.
10. Bisa juga ditambahkan kentang goreng dan salad.

Saya dan pacar saya pun segera menyantapnya selagi hangat. Hmm…nyummy ternyata rasanya. Puas rasanya bisa makan Chicken Gordon Bleu buatan sendiri.

Ini Chicken Gordon Bleu buatan saya.

Snorkeling At Amed Beach

| March 17th, 2008
Last Saturday, some friends, my boyfriend and I went to Amed Tulamben Beach which is located on the north-east coast of Bali. we planned to snorkelling there. My boyfriend and I went to Amed by motorcycle. It took about 2 hours driving from Kuta to Amed Beach.
As we arrived there, we can see fruit plantations on the east side, bright colored fisherman boats on the shore, with that sight of running, endless horizon definitely calm our body and soul in the deep embrace of Mother Nature.

After waiting for friends, we looked for snorkel gears rental. There were may place rented the snorkelling gears with various price, but finally we rented at Eco Dive. We got Rp 30.000 for a snorkel gear. Because that was my first time snorkelling and swam at beach, I was a bit afraid and nervous. But my curiousity about underwater life had made my fear gone. Wink
After changing my clothes into swim suit, my boyfriend and I got a little brief about how to wear the snorkel gear from Tiar, my friend. It was a bit hard to breath using snorkel gear at first, but fortunatelly I am a fast learner.
My boyfriend and I started snorkel diving at the shallow area. We swam with some beautiful fishes. We also saw corals, beautiful corals with many colors. But in some area we found that the corals were bleaced, means lost its color, because of el nino warming event. Hopefully this will recover soon.

While snorkel diving, the water sometimes got into the nose. That was so hurt, I need to get it out from my nose. Not only that, sometimes I also tasted the salty of the sea water. But overall, I felt so happy that I could see the beautiful underwater life.
After finished snorkelling, my boyfriend and I went home with so many stories in my head about snorkelling at Amed.
